Another standout feature has been the reviews hub. Being able to reply to all reviews from one place and get suggestions on improvement areas is invaluable. These insights are facts I can share with my front-of-house and back-of-house managers to address our weak points.
Having it all on one platform and just going to your dashboard to see everything right there saves many hours. We’ve also been able to delegate some of those tasks to team members because everything is centralized. Instead of asking, 'What website did you see that on?' or 'Where did you get that information?' it's all up-to-date and right in front of you.
Using the Google My Business aspect brought everything together. Instead of switching between multiple windows to make updates or check details, it’s just a scroll away. Changing hours, for example, was a big one for us and this feature streamlined a lot of that work.
I was really excited to help initiate the Heartland POS integration. Not many people use this POS, but we've been loyal to it for years. Having it work seamlessly with DYNE was really important for us. This integration can go even further into inventory or ordering forecasts.
DYNE keeps feeding off user feedback, which makes the platform even better. We're all learning what we need, and DYNE is supplying the tools to make it happen.
