Dynin' Out with Chef Jesse

A focused and detail-oriented chef, inspired by his travels and surroundings. He is constantly learning new skills and techniques in his culinary journey.

Chef Jesse is passionate about food and considers the best part of being a chef to be seeing his vision and passion reflected in the finished product. He started his career in independent restaurants and then worked at the Marriot and Telus Convention Center Kitchen in Calgary. He then moved to New Orleans, where he cooked in the French Quarter, before becoming the Executive Chef at the Marriott Downtown Vancouver. In July 2022, Jesse moved on to new projects and became part of Ronin Chefs, which was launched in 2020.
