Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting appointments for Account Executives.
  • Conduct high volume prospecting through email, social media, and cold calling to create qualified opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate how our SaaS platform can solve their challenges.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted strategies.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest and continued engagement in our SaaS platform.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of sales or relevant experience is preferred, ideally in the SaaS industry(working with restaurants or in the F&B industry is a bonus!)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Coachable, and always looking at ways to level up.
  • A true team player who cares about driving a positive work culture.
  • Agile and adaptable to change, in a start-up world.
  • Believes in consistency and persistence.
  • This role is only open for an in-person position in Vancouver.
  • Optional: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, although not mandatory.
