Sales Associate

The events associate is a member of the communications team responsible for providing logistical support to promotional events. They will assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of events undertaking various responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing relationships with restaurant partners and clients
  • Sending invitations and reserving event space
  • Making payments to vendors
  • Managing reservations for large events
  • Communicating with clients
  • Calculating billing amounts

Requirements:

  • Event planning/ management experience required
  • Manage good relationships with partners and team members
  • Communicate effectively and allocate resources efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the event
  • Detail-oriented
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Assist Event Manager in event planning

Time Commitment

15-20hrs/week. Part-Time positions available
