Representing our brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives. Acting as a subject matter expert for our brand. Communicating with potential investors. Responding to customer questions and concerns in-person, by phone, and via social media.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Representing our brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives
- Promoting our brand via our social media accounts and in-person (on-campus events, campaigns and booting)
- Content creation for the social platforms (Tiktok, Instagram)
- Attend Dyne events and weekly meetings
- Work with and report to the marketing lead
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, warm personality
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service experience is an asset
- An active presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, LinkedIn
Time Commitment
5-10 hours a week
